IAP2 Canada


IAP2 is the leading membership organization for public participation and engagement professionals. My role on the team was to perform catch-all creative and marketing tasks. My projects included a wide range of design and marketing tasks over the course of 8 months.

Notable outcomes

  • Sold-out conference surpassing previous event registrations by 20%
  • During my tenure, the event registration grew by 140%
  • LinkedIn growth: 17% growth in followers, with impressions increased by 500%, interactions by 108%, and reposts by 104%
  • Increased Organic Social traffic by 21% (GA)
  • LinkedIn engagement piqued during NAC with people sharing images of their badges, taking pictures with banners and reflecting on the learnings from the conference.

IAP2 North American Conference (NAC) 

Ottawa, October 14-26, 2024. 

  • Rebranded and promoted IAP2 Canada’s North American Conference 
  • Designed all event assets for NAC, including: website (iap2nac.com), posters, badges, social posts, and digital event assets.
  • Performed day-to-day marketing activities from strategy to design/copy delivery and analytics
  • Strategy, planning, and execution of marketing materials for training and certificate programs

IAP2 Canada Website Design

The website is a major project for IAP2 Canada and requires various system changes. To start it, I performed a content audit and created the website content strategy for the new platform. The strategy was followed by the design of the website following the updated brand guidelines from NAC. This website is meant to be built on WordPress.
